This week's topic is "Time for Ourselves". I have come to the conclusion (after much denial, believe me!) that in this season of my life there just isn't going to be much time for just ME.
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven
Ecclesiastes 3:1
I used to believe that once my children were in school, there would be more time for "me". Well, look at the turn my life has taken - one that I am so HAPPY it has taken, by the way.
During the first year of homeschooling I almost mourned the loss of "me" time. I was resentful and a bit angry I think. Looking back, I'm ashamed to admit this. But, I'm keeping it real.
