What is a father?

Quite simply, a father is defined as "a male parent". 

A father, however, is so much more than that. 

The man I married nearly 17 years ago is the best father I know.

I believe it that with everything I am.

It's so cliche.

You never appreciate the best things in life until you are a bit older. 

Now that I am 41 years old, I'm starting to gain a tremendous appreciation for some life lessons my father worked hard to impart to me.
